What is PExpo?
PExpo is a telehealth platform. It gives a health brand everything it needs to treat patients online under its own name: the website and checkout, clinical questionnaires, clinician review, prescriptions, pharmacy shipping, the patient account, messaging, subscriptions and an app. You bring the brand and the audience; PExpo runs the rest.
Is PExpo available in the United States?
Yes. PExpo works with brands in the UK, the US and the EU. In the US, patients pay with Stripe, consultations are reviewed by US-licensed clinicians from our partner network, and medication ships from a US partner pharmacy. Which states and treatments you can offer depends on your program, so we confirm it with you on a call.
Do I need my own doctors?
No. A white-label brand can use our partner network of US-licensed clinicians. If you already have licensed providers, they can review cases on the platform instead, with the same questionnaires, notes and prescribing workflow.
Who is the prescriber, legally?
The licensed clinician who reviews the case. They decide whether a treatment is appropriate, whether a video visit is needed, and what is prescribed. Your brand never makes clinical decisions, and the platform never pushes a clinician toward a yes.
Can you launch a TRT or testosterone program?
Yes, with care. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, and federal and state rules on prescribing it through telehealth change. Programs include lab testing before treatment, clinician review and regular monitoring, and the clinicians decide when an in-person or video visit is required. See our

How do patients pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically after the clinician approves a refill, and refunds and chargebacks are handled on the platform.
What about HIPAA and patient privacy?
Patient health information stays behind the patient's login, and notifications never mention the medicine or condition. Ask us about HIPAA and business associate agreements on your call; we go through how data is stored and who can see it.
How long does it take to launch?
Most white-label brands are live in a few weeks: we set up your site, treatments, questionnaires and prices, connect your domain and payments, and test the full patient journey with you before you open.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Patients can download PExpo Health on iPhone or Android, choose your brand once, and from then on it shows your name, logo and colors, with Face ID unlock and notifications. The app is in beta.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your treatments, volumes and whether you use our clinician network. We give US pricing in dollars after a short call, so you only pay for what your program needs.
