Which medicines can be offered, and how, depends on the program and on current FDA and state rules, which have changed for weight loss medicines. We plan each program with the clinicians and confirm what is possible on a call. Your marketing stays honest too: no promises of results, and no medicine names in ads where rules do not allow it.

Do I need my own doctors?
No. A white-label brand can use our partner network of US-licensed clinicians. If you already have licensed providers, they can review cases on the platform instead, with the same questionnaires, notes and prescribing workflow.
Who is the prescriber, legally?
The licensed clinician who reviews the case. They decide whether a treatment is appropriate, whether a video visit is needed, and what is prescribed. Your brand never makes clinical decisions, and the platform never pushes a clinician toward a yes.
How do patients pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically after the clinician approves a refill, and refunds and chargebacks are handled on the platform.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your treatments, volumes and whether you use our clinician network. We give US pricing in dollars after a short call, so you only pay for what your program needs.
